Accessibility Statement
We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people using assistive technology.
Our commitment
NWA Water Pros is committed to making this website accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we have done
This site has been built with accessibility in mind rather than retrofitted for it:
- Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order on every page
- A skip-to-content link at the top of every page
- Full keyboard navigation, including the main menu and all form fields
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
- Colour contrast tested against WCAG AA thresholds for body and interface text
- Form fields with associated labels, and errors that identify the specific field
- Text that reflows and remains readable when zoomed or on a small screen
- Reduced-motion preferences respected
- Content that does not rely on colour alone to convey meaning
- Accordions and menus built with native HTML elements that assistive technology understands
Known limitations
We would rather list these than claim perfection.
- Image placeholders currently in place will need descriptive alternative text when real photographs replace them.
- Third-party embeds added in future — such as a review widget or a scheduling tool — may not meet the same standard, and we will assess each before adding it.
- PDF documents, if added, will need to be checked separately for accessibility.

Getting service another way
You never need to use this website to work with us. Everything on it can be handled by phone, and we are glad to talk through your water situation, explain test results verbally, and arrange an appointment without any online form.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-off task. We review the site as it changes and welcome feedback that helps us improve it.
