Reviews and References

This page is deliberately empty of testimonials, and we want to explain why rather than quietly filling it.

What is not on this page

There are no star ratings, no review counts, no quotes attributed to “Sarah in Bentonville”, and no badges. None of those have been supplied and verified, so none of them appear.

This matters more than it might seem. The Federal Trade Commission regulates testimonials and endorsements, and fabricated or misattributed reviews are not a grey area — they are a violation. A water company willing to invent a testimonial is a water company willing to invent a test result.

What will go here

Real reviews from real Northwest Arkansas customers, with their permission, verifiable on a public platform where you can check them independently rather than taking our word for it.

How to judge a water company without reviews

If you are choosing between companies, these questions are more useful than a star rating, and they work on us as well as anyone else.

  • Ask them to measure your hardness and tell you the number before quoting.
  • Ask which disinfectant your utility uses. If they do not know, they have not looked at your water situation at all.
  • Ask for the performance data sheet for the exact model quoted, and check that any contaminant claim is named in its certification.
  • Ask what the replacement filters cost per year, in writing.
  • Ask whether the price is still available next week.
  • Ask who performs the plumbing work and under whose licence.
  • Watch for the electrolysis demonstration and the TDS meter. Both are sales theatre.

Questions about reviews

Why are there no testimonials on this page?

Because none have been supplied and verified. Publishing invented or unattributed testimonials would be dishonest, and under FTC rules on endorsements it would also be unlawful. We would rather show an empty section than a fabricated one.

How do you handle a bad review?

By responding to it and fixing what can be fixed. A business with only perfect reviews and no responses is usually a business that has curated its reviews.

Find out what is actually in your water

A water test turns guesswork into a specification. We measure what your water is doing, explain the result in plain language, and recommend only what the result supports.
