Terms and Conditions

The terms that govern use of this website and, where stated, our services.

Last updated:

1. Agreement

By using this website you agree to these terms. This website is operated by .

2. Information on this website is general

Everything on this website about water quality, contaminants and treatment technologies is general education. It is not a substitute for testing your own water, and it is not advice about your specific property.

Water conditions vary substantially between properties in Northwest Arkansas, including between neighbouring wells. Nothing here should be relied on as a statement about the water at your address.

3. No health or medical advice

Nothing on this website is health or medical advice. We do not claim that any product treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition. Questions about health effects of drinking water belong with your physician, the Arkansas Department of Health, or the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

4. Product performance and certification

Water treatment products reduce specific contaminants only as described in the certification listing or verified manufacturer performance data for that specific model, tested under defined conditions. We make no representation that any product reduces any contaminant beyond what its own certification or performance data supports.

Actual performance depends on your incoming water quality, correct sizing, proper installation, water pressure, temperature, flow rate, and adherence to the maintenance schedule. A system that is not maintained may cease to perform as specified.

5. Estimates and pricing

Any estimate is based on the information available at the time it is given, including water test results and observed site conditions. Conditions discovered during installation — existing plumbing, access, drain availability, code requirements — may change the scope and cost, and we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.

Prices are not published on this website.

6. Installation and licensed work

NWA Water Pros specifies and supplies your system. Installation is performed by an independent licensed plumbing contractor.

We test your water, recommend a system, and supply the equipment. The physical plumbing installation is completed by an independent plumbing contractor who is separately licensed by the State of Arkansas and carries their own insurance. We coordinate the schedule and stay involved through startup and testing, but the installing contractor is responsible for the plumbing work and warrants their own labor.

See our contractor and installation disclosure for full detail.

7. Warranties

Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, which commonly require correct installation, water quality within specified limits, and adherence to the maintenance schedule. Warranty coverage may be voided by failure to maintain the system.

8. Water testing

Water test results describe the sample taken, at the time and location it was taken. Water quality changes over time, particularly in private wells and particularly after rainfall, flooding or work on the well. A test result is not a guarantee of future water quality.

Certain analyses are performed by independent certified laboratories. We do not control and are not responsible for their processes or turnaround times.

9. Your responsibilities

  • Providing accurate information about your property, water source and existing plumbing
  • Providing safe access to the property and to the equipment location
  • Maintaining installed equipment on the schedule provided, including replacing filters, media and lamps
  • Continuing to test a private well periodically, regardless of any treatment installed
  • Notifying us promptly of any fault or change in water quality

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arkansas law, our liability arising out of the services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, layout, graphics and code, is owned by and may not be reproduced without permission. Standards references such as NSF/ANSI are the property of their respective organisations.

12. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party resources such as regulatory agencies and laboratories. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
